The Operations Specialist will support senior management in community performance, gather market data, prepare reports, and assist with client communication.

Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and produce monthly financial reporting packages with variance analysis. Research accounting guidance, support audits, assist budget preparation, and help develop processes and procedures to improve month-end close, reporting, and ERP utilization across property and corporate accounting.

The Senior Accountant manages financial reporting, posts journal entries, prepares reconciliations, assists in process development, and prepares audit-related documents.
