Provide endodontic diagnosis and treatment of dental pulp and periapical tissues across multiple offices in an exclusive territory. Maintain quality patient care, evaluate findings, prescribe treatments to preserve teeth, and represent Aspen Dental in professional groups.

Provide specialized endodontic diagnosis and treatment using CBCT and surgical microscopes. Manage patient care with clinical autonomy, collaborate with team members, maintain professional affiliations, and stay current with endodontic practices while supported by administrative staff and a referral network.

Oversee operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental practices, drive growth and process improvements, own P&L, train and develop staff, support hiring/onboarding, and provide onsite operational support across the region.
