Owns end-to-end U.S. multi-state, international, and EOR payroll for more than 500 employees. Responsibilities include payroll processing, tax compliance, year-end filings, equity payroll, reconciliations, audits, controls, reporting, vendor management, and system automation. The role will build scalable payroll infrastructure, establish documentation and workflows, evaluate platforms, support expansion into new jurisdictions, and eventually hire and develop a payroll team.

Sources senior technical talent across software, hardware, product, AI, and G&A functions. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build diverse pipelines, engage passive candidates, analyze sourcing metrics, advise on talent markets, and improve recruiting processes using sourcing tools and AI-enabled technology. The role supports multiple searches in a remote, fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Coordinates high-volume recruiting activities for the GTM organization, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, hiring manager updates, ATS data maintenance, offers, background checks, and onboarding. Supports recruiting projects, process improvements, technology implementations, compliance, and People team initiatives. Serves as an escalation point, mentors junior coordinators, and contributes to training and system optimization.
