Owns end-to-end U.S. multi-state, international, and EOR payroll for more than 500 employees. Responsibilities include payroll processing, tax compliance, year-end filings, equity payroll, reconciliations, audits, controls, reporting, vendor management, and system automation. The role will build scalable payroll infrastructure, establish documentation and workflows, evaluate platforms, support expansion into new jurisdictions, and eventually hire and develop a payroll team.

Sources senior technical talent across software, hardware, product, AI, and G&A functions. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build diverse pipelines, engage passive candidates, analyze sourcing metrics, advise on talent markets, and improve recruiting processes using sourcing tools and AI-enabled technology. Manage Starlink reseller orders from intake through fulfillment, coordinating provisioning, logistics, billing, and issue resolution. The Senior Deployment Engineer leads the deployment and operational readiness of modular data centers, coordinating technical resolution across various systems and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Lead commercial origination and conversion of GPU compute demand for Armadas AI factory and Leviathan deployments. Build qualified pipelines, match customer requirements to sites and configurations, structure offtake and reservation deals, manage strategic accounts, and feed market intelligence into capacity planning and go-to-market decisions. Collaborate with legal, finance, product, and infrastructure teams to turn demand into committed capacity.

The Senior Mission Success Engineer leads deployment and technical success for federal programs, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and security requirements while building relationships with government stakeholders and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead and scale a global Customer Engineering and Value Engineering organization to drive AI-focused technical discovery, validated edge architectures, ROI modeling, and pre-sales qualification. Build operating rhythms, playbooks, and cross-functional partnerships to accelerate global deployments of GPU-accelerated, edge AI solutions while ensuring technical and commercial rigor across regions.

Lead product strategy for Armada's federal and defense-facing edge compute solutions. Work directly with DoD, IC, and federal customers to translate mission requirements into product requirements, prioritize capability gaps across hardware, platform, monitoring, and ISV layers, and drive delivery with engineering, security, and field teams while ensuring compliance with classified, zero-trust, and government standards.
