Teams at Arine

Develop and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for web applications, backend services, and distributed microservice architectures. Design risk-based test strategies, perform API, performance, load, and security testing, maintain automated quality gates, investigate defects, and conduct root cause analysis. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and QA engineers on release readiness, quality improvements, test coverage, and system integrity across complex data and UI workflows.

Manage and optimize Arine’s Support Desk operations, lead Support Desk Analysts, enforce SLAs, oversee ticket triage and escalations, configure ticketing systems, and develop performance dashboards. The role also manages customer communications, knowledge-base content, process automation, and continuous improvement across a remote SaaS healthcare technology environment.

Own the clinical infrastructure and program portfolio powering Arine’s medication management platform. Evolve the clinical recommendation engine, expand data inputs, standardize program configuration, and create repeatable frameworks for launching and scaling clinical programs. Partner with clinical, engineering, data science, implementation, and customer success teams to translate needs into requirements, improve onboarding, maintain regulatory alignment, and prioritize work using clinical safety, user value, and business impact.
