Own full enterprise sales cycle with large mortgage lenders: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing. Manage strategic accounts through integration, scaling, and product expansion. Partner with Product to influence roadmap, build scalable playbooks and processes, and travel to client sites and industry events as needed.

Serve as primary contact for strategic mortgage customers—onboard, drive adoption, manage renewals, and support upsells. Monitor KPIs and customer health, troubleshoot API issues, escalate complex support cases, and build repeatable success processes to reduce churn and scale retention.
