Own end-to-end recruiting for Go-to-Market (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing), partner with hiring managers, build sourcing strategies, manage ATS and interview processes, use AI and automation to scale workflows, track recruiting metrics, and shape a high-quality candidate experience.
