Lead electrical discipline across pursuit, design, and construction phases for diverse facilities. Produce construction-ready drawings, perform power system studies (arc flash, load, short circuit, coordination), mentor junior staff, support proposals, coordinate interdisciplinary work, and perform site surveys and electrical audits using industry codes and modeling tools.

Perform field inspections, sampling, and exposure monitoring for asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality, and hazardous building materials. Oversee abatement work, coordinate with clients/subcontractors, analyze lab data, prepare technical reports and proposals, and mentor junior staff. Approximately 75% fieldwork and 25% office work.

Provide high-quality transactional legal review and support for commercial contracts and subcontracts, including drafting, negotiation, risk and insurance analysis, and implementation of internal risk/business policies. Manage multiple contract review projects independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with stakeholders, and support contract management systems and industry-standard contract forms.
