Leads power system planning and studies for utility and renewable energy clients across North America. Responsibilities include HVAC and HVDC analysis, load-flow, short-circuit, transient stability, interconnection, reliability, and system impact studies. The role manages team resources, oversees quality assurance, develops technical processes, mentors engineers, coordinates projects and proposals, supports client engagement and business development, and ensures compliance with applicable standards and project requirements. Travel of up to 20% is expected.

Performs and reviews power system planning, feasibility, interconnection, transient stability, reliability, and electromagnetic transient studies. Develops technical reports and client deliverables, ensures quality assurance, coordinates with engineering teams, and supports project scopes, budgets, proposals, and client relationships. The role requires expertise in PSS®E, North American market operator requirements, and power system planning standards. Travel up to 25% may be required.
