The Associate Account Manager will manage existing accounts, pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance client relationships and achieve sales goals.

Administer monthly and quarterly commission calculations, maintain commission software (Xactly), design commission plans, produce KPI reporting, enable new commissionable employees, analyze operations for improvements, consolidate data for strategic decisions, and support business reporting across the company.

Manage a portfolio of customers to drive product adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Build relationships, identify risks, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain data and documentation, own customer workflows, and contribute to process improvements.
