The Associate Account Manager will manage existing accounts, pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance client relationships and achieve sales goals.

Administer monthly and quarterly commission calculations, maintain commission software (Xactly), design commission plans, produce KPI reporting, enable new commissionable employees, analyze operations for improvements, consolidate data for strategic decisions, and support business reporting across the company.

Own and improve global HR operations across employee lifecycle, HRIS data quality, leave and benefits administration, workflow automation, reporting, compliance tracking, and cross-functional process optimization.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts by identifying expansion opportunities, leading high-value software license deals, conducting strategic roadmap discussions, partnering with solution engineers to craft tailored solutions, gathering market and competitive intelligence, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Identify, validate, and enrich high-confidence license-management leads through open-source research, document forensics, entity validation, and CRM entry. Ensure evidence meets ICP thresholds, collaborate with sales and leadership, and improve targeting through data enrichment and trend analysis.

Own and close software license opportunities for developer-focused document SDKs. Qualify inbound leads, prospect named accounts, collaborate with solution engineers, position product versus competitors, develop GTM strategies, gather market intelligence, and meet quota.

Manage a portfolio of customers to drive product adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Build relationships, identify risks, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain data and documentation, own customer workflows, and contribute to process improvements.

Lead and scale a Quality Assurance team that validates and qualifies open-source leads for sales readiness. Own hiring, training, QA standards, KPI tracking, and process improvements while partnering with SDRs, Sales, and partners to drive pipeline impact.
