Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for AI-enabled platforms across Aprio. Translate practice requirements into user stories, lead development lifecycles, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, validate and integrate LLMs and AI tooling, and engage stakeholders while ensuring responsible AI, data privacy, and client confidentiality.

Lead Aprio's IT vendor management program end-to-end: maintain vendor inventory and renewal calendar, run procurement (RFP/RFQ/RFI), produce spend and TCO analyses, coordinate third-party risk reviews, manage contract metadata and renewals, and mature intake and procurement processes toward strategic portfolio management and cost savings.

Manage client accounting services including QuickBooks trial balances, AP/AR reconciliation, financial statement preparation, month-/year-end close, reporting and forecasting, staff supervision, internal controls, GAAP compliance, and support for tax audits.
