The Tax Analyst will support tax product accuracy, expand e-file capabilities, and ensure compliance with tax regulations through data analysis.

Lead a large remote team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality tax preparation and consultations. Oversee daily operations, capacity, KPIs, SLAs, and escalations. Build workflows, drive performance, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve tools and customer experience.

Lead end-to-end product design across consumer, B2B2C, and internal tools. Drive design strategy, research, usability testing, and pixel-perfect execution. Partner with Product, Engineering, Tax Analysts, and Marketing to prioritize work, measure impact against business objectives, and grow design function.
