Leads product operations for an assigned Product leader, addressing ambiguous business and product problems through data-informed analysis. Drives cross-functional outcomes across discovery, roadmap planning, go-to-market, and post-launch activities. Aligns stakeholders on metrics, telemetry, and KPIs; synthesizes customer, stakeholder, and performance data into recommendations; promotes AI adoption; standardizes product operations practices; and coaches product teams through training, templates, and documentation.

Leads and develops a Solution Consulting team supporting the Applied Epic portfolio. Responsibilities include coaching consultants, partnering with Sales, overseeing product demonstrations, supporting strategic deals, coordinating executive client engagements, aligning with Product and Marketing, and ensuring implementation handoffs. The role requires insurance or SaaS expertise, pre-sales experience, people management, AI product knowledge, and up to 50% nationwide travel.

Support and optimize People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compensation changes, leave administration, and offboarding. Improve workflows through automation and self-service solutions, partner with cross-functional teams and vendors, maintain documentation and audit-ready controls, and lead operational improvement initiatives. Analyze service trends and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
