Lead enterprise go-to-market strategy and executive narratives for AI automation. Translate technical capabilities into business-focused messaging, build AI-enabled messaging systems, create scalable GTM toolkits, partner cross-functionally and with partners, and measure impact via Salesforce/Marketo/BI insights to drive demand and pipeline.

Lead analytical efforts for Sales leadership: transform data into strategies, own reporting on pipeline/bookings/headcount, drive planning and territory design, implement AI-powered automation, monitor performance, and support cross-functional sales operations projects and process improvements.

Lead a global revenue enablement organization (7-8 direct reports) to scale GTM programs across Field Sales, Solution Consulting, Partners, and Onboarding. Develop a unified enablement roadmap, optimize Seismic and related platforms, institutionalize MEDDPICC and Ambition Planning, modernize onboarding to reduce ramp time, and measure enablement impact with data-driven KPIs for executive leadership.
