Partner with Product & Engineering leadership to manage the P&E P&L, build financial models and business cases, deliver variance analysis and forecasting, design reporting frameworks, guide headcount and build-vs-buy decisions, and apply AI and analytics to optimize cloud and engineering spend to inform strategic trade-offs under ambiguity.

Lead Anaconda's hyperscaler partnerships (primarily AWS) to drive ARR by structuring commercial agreements, executing joint GTM and co-sell motions, converting pipeline with Sales, influencing product/engineering roadmaps, and managing a small partnerships team. Use AI tools to accelerate partner plans, content, and commercial modeling.

Lead Anaconda's product, solutions, partner, developer, and analyst marketing to establish category authority and translate technical capabilities into clear narratives. Drive ICP refinement, orchestrate disciplined launches, align product and GTM, leverage platform usage data, and scale analyst and partner programs. Build and lead a multidisciplinary, high-performing team tied to pipeline, ARR, and measurable commercial outcomes.
