Lead and develop the Customer Success team, own gross dollar retention and account health, partner with Sales on renewals and expansion, translate customer feedback to Product and Data Science, modernize CS tooling and incorporate AI into the retention and expansion motion.

Perform outbound prospecting across assigned territory, qualify prospects, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities. Research market and competitors, engage prospects with clear communication, maintain accurate records in HubSpot, and support the Account Executive track to drive revenue growth.

Lead and scale a global sales organization, develop Account Executives, drive ARR quota accountability, and implement a global sales process for complex deals.
