Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for supply chain technology supporting automotive parts cataloging, inventory, purchasing, and vendor management. Translate supply chain and technician feedback into requirements, prioritize initiatives, partner with developers, conduct UAT, and manage feature launches, training, adoption, and support. Identify software and AI solutions, monitor usage metrics, and improve operational efficiency across the enterprise. The role requires supply chain experience, product management expertise, technical literacy, and approximately 20% travel.

Leads Amerit’s Employee Relations function, managing a team of five and overseeing investigations, case resolution, ER policies, EEOC and agency charge responses, labor relations, union avoidance, and high-risk employment matters. Partners with Legal, People Business Partners, Safety, Compliance, and senior leaders to ensure consistent, legally compliant practices across a multi-site workforce. Uses case data to identify risks and improve policies, training, and processes.
