Build and maintain SQL-based marketing analytics infrastructure, data models, dashboards, and reporting. Analyze marketing channels, affiliates, conversion funnels, cohorts, revenue, profitability, and partner performance. Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for budget allocation and optimization. Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and metric consistency while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology. The role is a hands-on individual contributor with potential responsibility for mentoring or managing one analyst.

Designs, deploys, and troubleshoots enterprise cloud and hybrid network infrastructure across Azure, OpenShift, corporate offices, and security platforms. Administers FortiGate, FortiSASE, Cisco Meraki, Cloudflare, DNS, load balancing, ingress controllers, and Kubernetes networking. Partners with application, security, and cloud teams on deployments and incident response, creates network documentation, manages monitoring and alerting, and performs changes under established procedures.

Coordinates training sessions, webinars, workshops, communications, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and training materials. Administers the LMS, including course uploads, user management, troubleshooting, learner support, progress monitoring, and reporting. Collaborates with subject matter experts, IT, and stakeholders to update instructional content and improve learning programs. Provides logistical support and assists with training development in a fast-paced remote environment.
