Lead a plant engineering team to identify, manage, and deliver capital and technology projects that improve safety, reduce cost and lead time, and introduce automation and process control solutions. Own projects end-to-end including engineering specs, budgets, procurement, commissioning, and contractor/maintenance oversight.

Perform assembly, material handling, or wood finishing tasks while maintaining safety and housekeeping. Cross-train, follow pick-lists and labels, learn new skills, support teammates, prioritize tasks, and perform other duties as requested to meet production goals.

Designs, programs, commissions, troubleshoots, and maintains industrial robotic systems and automated manufacturing equipment. Leads automation projects, develops preventative/predictive maintenance and process controls, integrates PLC/HMI/vision systems, and supports continuous improvement to boost safety, quality, and productivity.
