Develops and executes communications and business development outreach strategies, including events, sponsorships, conferences, email promotions, social media campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials. The role supports brand positioning, thought leadership, dissemination planning, stakeholder advising, and performance reporting while coordinating communications activities with program leadership and external clients.

Lead technical assistance projects for community colleges and workforce systems. Advise on work-based learning, apprenticeships, credentials, student outcomes, higher education in prisons, data practices, and policy. Translate research into tools, training, and guidance; manage teams and projects; engage stakeholders; and support business development with public, nonprofit, and foundation clients.
