Serve as primary client liaison and lead for assigned pharmaceutical congresses, managing ancillary meeting spaces, AV, catering, contracts, site inspections, program timelines, and on-site execution. Use program management systems for end-to-end program delivery, maintain records and financial forecasting, coordinate registration/air/DMC/vendors, conduct status meetings and debriefs, and support continuous improvement. Travel up to 40%.

Lead venue sourcing sales for meetings and events across small to enterprise clients in North America. Hunt new business, manage and grow client portfolios, negotiate group hotel contracts, provide consultative site-selection services, maintain CRM and sourcing data, and deliver contract savings reporting.
