Design, implement, and support scalable, highly available network architectures. Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls; perform upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and security configurations. Provide senior-level client support, vendor liaison, and technical guidance. Ensure change management compliance, improve processes, and manage multiple client site needs with emphasis on BGP, network diagnostics, Unix, and SQL-related analyses.

Provide inbound telecom customer support from a remote home office: answer calls, troubleshoot mobile and network issues, resolve billing and service inquiries, de-escalate situations, and identify sales opportunities while following quality and security standards.

The Sales Executive will focus on acquiring new BFSI clients, managing complex sales processes, and building relationships with senior decision-makers. Responsibilities include strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and collaboration with internal teams to customize BPO solutions for banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.
