The recruiter also supports college recruiting, employment advertising, candidate pipelines, onboarding coordination, and guidance for less-experienced recruiting staff.

Manage the global marketing MarTech stack, including automation, integrations, CRM and ABX platforms. Execute SEO and SEM strategies, oversee website content, manage marketing analytics and reporting, ensure data accuracy, and support campaign tracking and optimization. Collaborate with creative, marketing, IT, and internal teams while maintaining compliant data collection practices.

Develop and execute multichannel B2B demand-generation and account-based marketing campaigns across digital media, events, webinars, email, social, and content. Partner with sales, product, creative, and operations teams to create targeted messaging, accelerate deals, optimize campaign performance, measure ROI, support sales teams, and document best practices. Manage multiple marketing programs while aligning campaigns with pipeline and revenue goals.

Supports recruiters and human resources operations by scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records and job postings, coordinating onboarding, managing I-9s and background checks, communicating with candidates, organizing debriefs and recruiting events, and tracking recruitment activity. The role also handles roster and file management, dispositions in Taleo, badge creation, requisitions, and candidate experience improvements.

Sell BPO solutions through proactive pipeline building, consultative discovery, executive engagement, and deal negotiation. Manage CRM-driven pipeline, build ROI-focused proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and close complex enterprise deals while maintaining client relationships and operational alignment.

Provide technical pre-sales solutioning and architecture for contact center technologies. Support sales to close deals through presentations, demos, prototypes, and POCs; assess client environments, document requirements, defend solution costs, and act as primary technical contact through implementation while collaborating with sales, development, and support teams.
