Manage local marketing and business development for the Charlotte region: plan and execute local/corporate events and promotions, call on dealerships and partners to drive referrals, produce monthly newsletters, manage local social pages, track event ROI, and sell/monitor affinity programs to increase new business.

Leads strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and delivery for Allstate’s Workday product portfolio. Manages and develops product managers across HR capabilities, prioritizes enterprise needs, evaluates build-versus-buy decisions, partners with engineering and vendors, and guides AI-enabled solutions. Defines product KPIs, coordinates integrations and dependencies, communicates tradeoffs to executives, and drives scalable product management practices in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Investigates advanced auto claims and resolves intercompany disputes through arbitration and negotiation. Reviews coverage, liability, damages, injury claims, and evidence; prepares persuasive submissions; identifies subrogation and fraud opportunities; and represents company positions to support recoveries and expense management. The role requires strong analytical, communication, negotiation, customer service, and insurance claims expertise. No supervisory responsibilities are included.
