Manages health plan and provider client accounts, delivering strategic managed-care reinsurance consulting and relationship services. Develops reinsurance strategies, coordinates internal service teams, oversees renewals, reporting, claims support, premium and enrollment tracking, and policy implementation. Leads proposals, client meetings, business development, and renewal communications while ensuring client needs and policy requirements are addressed throughout the term.

Coordinates recruitment activities from job requisition through offer, maintains candidate and requisition data in the ATS, communicates with candidates and hiring stakeholders, prepares offer and onboarding documents, manages assessments, documents recruiting procedures, and provides sourcing support during peak hiring periods.

Manages customer accounts receivable, credit risk assessment, credit limits, collections, credit policies, and risk mitigation tools. Communicates with overdue buyers and clients, approves qualifying orders, prepares credit and collection reports, and collaborates with Sales, Collections, and Credit Reporting teams. Maintains accurate agency management system data and provides customer-focused credit and accounts receivable service.
