Leads the design, development, deployment, maintenance, and support of scalable software systems. Responsibilities include coding, debugging, code reviews, API-first development, performance optimization, testing, cloud-native deployments, Kubernetes operations, production monitoring, incident response, and technical mentoring. The role collaborates cross-functionally, establishes development standards, supports legacy modernization, and leads adoption of AI-driven engineering practices.

Manage complex commercial agreements throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, amending, and interpreting contracts. Advise business units on negotiation strategy, contractual risks, and approved positions. Partner with Legal and cross-functional teams, resolve disputes, improve contracting processes and playbooks, maintain contract records and reporting, support SOX and M&A initiatives, and mentor contracts professionals.

Build core digital banking experiences for bank administrators and customers, including user flows, robust APIs, and third-party integrations. Design and implement scalable backend services using microservice architecture and domain-driven design. Write clean, documented, tested code with strong error handling, logging, and performance considerations. Contribute to system design, architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical guidance within an Agile Scrum environment.
