Leads one or more healthcare markets, setting strategy, managing value-based care performance, and overseeing financial accountability. Builds relationships with payers, physician practices, health systems, government entities, and other stakeholders. Directs market operations, growth initiatives, ACO boards, and cross-functional collaboration with centralized support teams. Establishes savings and quality targets, drives OKRs, develops team members, and supports succession planning. The role requires extensive healthcare, value-based care, client leadership, and management experience with travel up to 50–75%.

Develop scalable, secure, performant web applications and data pipelines for healthcare technology. Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders on technical roadmaps, use Agile practices, improve observability and reliability, and mentor junior engineers through coaching and code reviews. Responsibilities include database querying, technical decision-making, API development, data ingestion, cloud technologies, containerization, CI/CD, and handling sensitive data.

Design, implement, and support Five9-based telephony and API integrations, lead contact center platform migrations and automation, manage SIP trunking and carrier connectivity, coordinate security and vendor assessments, monitor and troubleshoot telephony systems, and evaluate emerging AI and automation solutions to modernize contact center operations.
