Guide home and community care customers through EVV activations, billing, and Medicaid compliance. Lead EVV certifications, resolve complex RCM issues, support escalations, validate configurations, deliver training, maintain documentation, and partner with Product and internal teams to improve EVV and revenue cycle workflows.

Lead and code fullstack features for the EVV team, provide technical leadership and mentoring, design and execute automated tests, monitor and troubleshoot production, contribute to product technical roadmap, and leverage AI-assisted development tools.

As a Senior Product Manager (EVV), you will lead the product lifecycle for the EVV product line, ensuring compliance and driving innovation while working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
