The Legal Recruiter will identify and engage attorney and legal professional candidates, build talent pipelines, conduct proactive outreach, coordinate interviews and recruiting meetings, maintain candidate databases and tracking reports, provide market intelligence, and support strategic talent acquisition initiatives. The role partners with firm leadership and internal stakeholders to meet current and future hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
