Lead full sales cycle for US SME customers across ecommerce, SaaS, and professional services: prospect, negotiate, close, onboard, and coordinate internal teams. Translate product value, conduct technical and commercial consultations, exceed revenue targets, refine sales processes, and represent Airwallex at events and partner engagements.

Lead and grow a US-based SDR team to generate and qualify SME-to-growth pipeline, hire and coach SDRs, implement handoff processes, enforce quality control, and align with AEs to meet pipeline and sales metrics.

Research and identify potential SME clients, outreach via email/phone/social, present solutions and value propositions, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for Account Executives to drive account acquisition.
