The Senior Specialty Solutions Engineer will focus on network and network security solutions, collaborating with sales teams and vendors to deliver tailored technologies for clients, while leading engineering efforts and mentoring junior members.

Manage sales order execution for assigned accounts, including order booking, document verification, customer profile maintenance, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Partner with warehouse, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, account management, and external customers to meet delivery deadlines and resolve order changes. Identify process improvements and help customers submit accurate orders. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and at least two years of sales and sales operations experience.

Leads AHEAD’s managed Cloud FinOps service as the senior technical authority. Designs and implements enterprise FinOps solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP; oversees cost analysis, allocation, forecasting, optimization, commitment strategy, reporting, automation, and AI initiatives. Advises executive clients, supports sales and service delivery, establishes practice standards, mentors engineers, and serves as the escalation point for complex engagements. The role is remote in the United States with up to 15% domestic travel and occasional after-hours support.
