Lead and grow a software engineering team building Hatch and Unity platforms. Partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality web features on schedule, guide architecture and technical decisions, refine development and AI-assisted workflows, hire and mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and remove blockers so the team can ship reliably.

Deploy and integrate AI-enabled SOC solutions across customer environments: design cloud-native ingestion pipelines, integrate SIEM/XDR/SOAR and tooling, implement automation and AI workflows, improve analyst experience, troubleshoot production issues, and provide technical leadership and field-facing delivery.

Lead and build an Operations Excellence function to centralize operational quality, own issue management across quote-to-cash, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, define SOPs and automation opportunities, maintain executive reporting and scorecards, and embed continuous improvement and governance across cross-functional teams.
