Manages month-end close, financial statements, operational reporting, variance analysis, KPI review, cost accounting, inventory, ERP maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements across multiple manufacturing sites. Supports site leadership and collaborates with local and centralized accounting teams. Leads accounting activities while ensuring accurate reporting, adherence to US GAAP, and improved financial performance management.

Leads quality planning, process improvements, corrective and preventive actions, audits, supplier assessments, control plans, capability studies, and root-cause investigations for manufactured fuel systems and composite cylinders. Oversees MRB activities, validates engineering documentation, interfaces with customers and suppliers, and mentors quality technicians and inspectors. Requires strong manufacturing quality expertise, statistical analysis, GD&T, problem-solving, and quality management system knowledge, with travel up to 50%.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, performance management, executive reporting, and finance transformation across North American operations. Partners with executive, operational, and plant leadership on profitability, productivity, capital allocation, investment decisions, M&A evaluations, and strategic initiatives. Develops dashboards and AI-enabled analytics while mentoring finance talent.
