Partners with executive, operational, and plant leadership on profitability, productivity, capital allocation, investment decisions, M&A evaluations, and strategic initiatives. Develops dashboards and AI-enabled analytics while mentoring finance talent.

Supports integrated B2B marketing initiatives across fuel systems, mobile pipeline, and fleet services. Responsibilities include developing content and digital assets, coordinating product campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, managing trade shows and customer events, supporting social media and media activities, and collaborating with sales, engineering, product management, HR, and leadership. The role also coordinates event logistics, marketing timelines, approvals, brand consistency, and cross-functional communications while providing on-site event support.

The HR Business Partner aligns HR strategies with business objectives across designated units. Responsibilities include advising managers, resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, guiding performance management, interpreting policies, ensuring employment-law compliance, supporting workforce and succession planning, and developing employment terms. The role also analyzes HR trends, improves employee relations and retention, and partners with management, employees, legal teams, and HR stakeholders.

Leads continuous improvement and industrial engineering projects across manufacturing operations. Applies Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping, time studies, line balancing, and statistical process analysis to improve workflow, productivity, quality, compliance, and cost.
