Manages the full sales cycle, identifies prospects through broker, consultant, and employer relationships, oversees RFPs and finalist presentations, delivers sales presentations, negotiates contracts, and strengthens strategic partnerships. Requires extensive healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience, strong PBM knowledge, and up to 50% travel.

Leads pharmacy trend forecasting, pipeline surveillance, biosimilar and formulary strategy, utilization management, and cost-of-care optimization. Evaluates emerging therapies, specialty drug trends, and market developments; develops mitigation roadmaps, financial impact assessments, and pharmacoeconomic analyses. Partners with clinical, financial, specialty, and trade stakeholders to support formulary decisions, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee recommendations, client reporting, and executive decision-making.

Maintain and monitor Snowflake data warehouse and ingestion pipelines. Troubleshoot file/load/data quality issues, operate SFTP/drop-zone/file automation, support scheduled loads, build dbt models and tables, document runbooks, and serve as backup for core warehouse operations while collaborating with engineering and IT.

Design, build, and validate end-to-end ML models and AI/NLP solutions for pharmacy, claims, and clinical data. Responsibilities include feature engineering, explainability (SHAP), entity resolution, data quality, compliance-driven reporting, prototype front ends (Streamlit/BI), and collaboration with engineering, clinical, and client-success teams to productionize analytical outputs.

Senior clinical and strategic leader owning formulary design, governance, and market positioning. Translate clinical evidence, rebate dynamics, and client financial goals into formulary strategy; partner with P&T, Rebate, Account Management, Analytics, and IT; ensure regulatory compliance; lead team development and scale formulary operations across a growing client portfolio.

Lead client onboarding and renewals by overseeing high-quality implementation planning and execution, resolving escalations, mentoring the implementation team, collaborating cross-functionally, meeting performance guarantees, and supporting executive leadership with strategic updates.
