Lead strategy, governance, operations, and adoption for Microsoft 365 collaboration workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, M365 Apps, Power Platform). Ensure service reliability, drive roadmap and user adoption, manage engineering/support teams and vendors, oversee licensing and cost optimization, and partner with Identity, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint teams. Serve as escalation point and provide executive reporting.

Advise aerospace supply chain operations on U.S. export control compliance. Manage export licenses, authorizations, exceptions, shipment releases, audits, disclosures, procedures, training, and regulatory records. Apply EAR, ITAR, and sanctions requirements while supporting product development, transition programs, procurement, logistics, and external stakeholders. Use SAP GTS and related export systems to operationalize authorizations and compliance conditions.

Leads global IT strategic sourcing for more than $350 million in software, hardware, services, cloud, and telecommunications spend. Manages a team of commodity managers and a director, negotiates enterprise technology agreements, develops supplier and category strategies, drives cost and working-capital improvements, manages supply-base performance, and partners with IT leadership on technology sourcing, renewals, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
