Handle inbound/outbound patient calls to schedule, reschedule, cancel appointments, verify demographics and insurance, route emergent calls to nursing, perform basic troubleshooting, document interactions, and support marketing/provider database updates while meeting customer service standards.

Manage billing and collections for all payor types, verify benefits and authorizations, develop financial plans with patients, research insurance and resolve out-of-pocket exposure, rebill and follow up on claims, and ensure payer approvals remain current.

Index and upload external and internal clinical records into the EHR, ensure correct patient/encounter/document types, identify and assign record deficiencies, support clinicians on record completion, maintain quality/productivity benchmarks, and collaborate with data integrity and leadership for chart corrections and privacy issues.
