Lead and execute enterprise endpoint and infrastructure initiatives including M&A integrations and clinical tech. Provide hands-on device/network deployment, scripting/automation, troubleshooting, project coordination, governance, security/compliance oversight, and senior-level escalation and mentoring.

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments; verify and update demographic and insurance information; triage emergent calls to nursing per protocol; provide customer service, document interactions across systems, and perform basic troubleshooting of online applications and systems.

Collect, review and analyze departmental data; produce timely reports, graphics, and trending for management, physicians and clients; maintain accurate reporting systems; support QA and external data requests; provide basic programming/computer support; preserve confidentiality and meet deadlines.
