Deliver instructor-led and virtual training on Advarra software to customers and employees; develop and update training materials and eLearning content; collaborate with LMS and eLearning teams; perform basic LMS troubleshooting; gather trainee feedback, maintain attendance and assessment records, and travel up to 25% for in-person sessions.

Serve as the IRB client point of contact to onboard, train, and support clients; answer inquiries; document and track client experience data; run CIRBI demos; manage projects; escalate issues; and drive process improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Sell Advarra products and services to assigned accounts from prospecting through contract signature. Build and maintain pipeline in CRM, deliver virtual demos, close deals, collaborate with legal/contracts and internal sales/marketing teams, forecast sales, and provide exceptional customer service to meet revenue and booking targets.
