Lead global compensation design, governance, benchmarking, and analytics for enterprise Total Rewards. Build compensation models, run merit/bonus cycles, ensure compliance across regions (including Ireland and India), partner with HRBPs and Finance, and deliver dashboards and scalable processes to support executive decisions.

Manage drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (SaaS, privacy, BAAs, SOWs, licensing). Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel, drive contracting process, maintain records, support process improvements, train staff, and handle additional legal/contracting projects.
