Manages a market-based team of Adult Beverage Brand Ambassadors, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, event execution, reporting, and performance management. Builds client and wholesaler relationships, oversees sampling program execution, manages budgets, conducts audits and performance reviews, and communicates strategic updates. Requires frequent travel within the assigned market and collaboration with agency operations teams to achieve program goals, revenue, and profitability targets.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Team by managing pricing changes, new item forms, vendor setup, purchase-order queries, promotional tracking, accruals, contracts, forecasts, and supplier updates. Coordinates cross-functional projects, organizes sales and market data, supports category reviews and product development, maintains dashboards and trackers, and communicates with retailers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet deadlines and growth objectives.

Supports category merchandising teams through assortment creation, planogram and floorplan analysis, pricing and financial reporting, customer behavior insights, and post-reset performance evaluation. Tailors assortments by market, accounts for regional items and store-space limitations, reports data errors, and provides analytics to stakeholders. Requires strong collaboration, organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
