Supports category merchandising teams through assortment creation, dashboard development, pricing and profitability analysis, category performance reporting, and store-level analytics. Partners with category managers and stakeholders to optimize assortments, address store space limitations, monitor scanning, identify data errors, and evaluate post-reset performance. The role requires expertise in planograms or floorplans, merchandising analysis, space planning, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.

Manages key manufacturer and retailer accounts to achieve sales, distribution, market share, pricing, shelving, and promotional goals. Develops strategic plans, manages trade spending and budgets, leads retailer headquarters calls, secures product distribution, coordinates merchandising and eCommerce execution, analyzes syndicated data, prepares presentations, and maintains client and retailer relationships. Resolves conflicts, communicates priorities, and collaborates cross-functionally to implement sales programs and drive growth.
