The Data Governance Specialist develops and enforces data governance, quality, privacy, risk, and compliance standards across organizational data assets. Responsibilities include managing metadata, data dictionaries, lineage, classification, retention, PII controls, DPIAs, risk assessments, audits, dashboards, and data-quality remediation. The role partners with engineering, security, legal, and business teams, provides stakeholder training, investigates data integrity issues, supports incident escalation, and automates governance processes through scripting.

Develop and execute technical and content SEO strategies for client websites. Conduct audits, resolve crawlability and indexing issues, optimize site architecture and on-page elements, support migrations, monitor performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with developers, writers, SEO specialists, and clients while managing multiple projects and adapting to emerging AEO, GEO, and AI-search trends.

Build and maintain AI-driven workflows and agents that automate repetitive service-delivery tasks. Identify automation opportunities with product, engineering, and service teams; prototype and refine solutions against real workflows; prepare and structure data inputs; measure impact; document automations; and ensure efficiency improvements preserve quality and client experience.
