Provides sales and customer service to DIY automotive customers in a retail store. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, providing battery and wiper installation services, sourcing and stocking parts, maintaining inventory and store standards, operating POS and parts lookup systems, delivering parts as needed, and supporting store cleanliness. Requires basic automotive knowledge, communication skills, inventory-system proficiency, safe equipment operation, and flexibility to work varied schedules.

Supports commercial sales and customer accounts while coordinating deliveries, routing drivers, maintaining the store vehicle fleet, and organizing parts and staging areas. Performs customer deliveries, account visits, outbound follow-ups, product recommendations, upselling, inventory assistance, and commercial program leadership when needed. Requires automotive parts knowledge, dispatching ability, vehicle maintenance awareness, sales skills, valid driving credentials, and flexibility for varying shifts.
