Supports regional healthcare operations through workflow improvement, documentation review, insurance verification, authorization processing, EMR data management, process analysis, training, and cross-functional issue resolution. Performs patient assessments and follow-ups while maintaining compliance with payer guidelines, HIPAA, PPE, and infection-control standards. Requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Provide direct and indirect respiratory patient care in home, office, and hospital settings: fit and instruct PAP patients, perform preventative maintenance and simple repairs, conduct follow-up visits/calls, complete required documentation, ensure HIPAA compliance, promote services, and assist with training and quality programs.
