Manage post-sale administration of multi-life Guaranteed Standard Issue (GSI) programs, oversee enrollment processes, coordinate billing and policy delivery, review eligibility, develop enrollment strategies and communications, collaborate with underwriters, advisors, and clients, and use agency management systems to ensure timely program execution.

Provide administrative and operational support to commercial underwriters by processing quotes, endorsements, policy changes, and new business submissions; maintain underwriting files and agency management systems; coordinate documentation collection, respond to agents/brokers/clients, and assist with binding and policy issuance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely service.

Build and maintain P&C actuarial pricing models and indication reports; refine pricing methodologies; analyze large datasets; automate workflows with Python, SQL, and Excel; create dashboards and presentations; collaborate with underwriters, claims, program teams, and reinsurers; and drive process and methodology improvements.
