Manage post-sale administration of multi-life Guaranteed Standard Issue (GSI) programs, oversee enrollment processes, coordinate billing and policy delivery, review eligibility, develop enrollment strategies and communications, collaborate with underwriters, advisors, and clients, and use agency management systems to ensure timely program execution.

Build and maintain actuarial pricing tools and models, automate workflows, analyze large datasets, create performance dashboards and presentations, and partner with underwriters, program teams, and reinsurers to improve pricing and profitability.

Lead and independently conduct complex, legally defensible workplace investigations; produce investigative reports and recommendations; advise HR, legal, and leaders; ensure policy consistency; manage case documentation and case management systems; deliver training and support employee relations across a matrixed organization.

Field sales role responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing payroll and HR solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Use Atlas CRM for lead generation, presentations, financial analysis, and paperless contracting. Collaborate with Territory/Division Managers, meet production targets, maintain CRM records, and spend a minimum of 50% of time in the field. Training provided; compensation is commission-based with residuals.
