Owns the enterprise Palantir Foundry and AIP platform, including administration, DevSecOps, IAM/RBAC, observability, integrations, ontology governance, FinOps, reliability, and production support. Partners with delivery teams through deployment and stabilization, leads incident response and continuous improvement, establishes engineering and security standards, and directs vendor engineers. The role also develops reusable patterns, playbooks, governance processes, cost controls, and platform operating practices across enterprise teams.

Coordinates operational details for PlayStation retail execution, including schedules, call reports, service orders, reporting, communications, and field assignments. Maintains accurate processes in the 360 system, monitors performance objectives, supports corrective actions, and communicates direction to service teams. Partners with client leadership and service coordinators to manage changes and improve in-store deliverables. May occasionally provide field support assembling, installing, adjusting, or troubleshooting retail displays.

Manages client trade systems, reviews contracts, audits events, resolves exceptions, and reconciles deductions and customer requests. Tracks open deduction balances, reports on KPIs, supports documentation and SOP updates, and collaborates with sales, shared services, and cross-functional teams to ensure trade investment accuracy and financial settlement integrity.
