Manage leaves of absence, return-to-work and accommodation requests (FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD). Determine eligibility under federal/state rules, coordinate case management, communicate with claimants and stakeholders, track documentation, and serve as main contact for carriers, physicians, supervisors and HRBPs.

Design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions for analytics and reporting. Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes, develop backend and frontend automations, optimize SQL databases across cloud and on-prem, leverage BI and automation tools (Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME), measure automation ROI, support project initiatives, and mentor junior team members.

Lead operations and continuous improvement for Microsoft Power Platform and related enterprise systems, manage a contractor-heavy team, support AI-enabled solutions and Project Operations rollout, provide production support and governance, and coordinate global delivery and after-hours coverage.
