Supports account security investigations, verifies documentation, resolves customer issues, and protects against fraud. Communicates with customers, collaborates with Advisors, Risk, and other teams, and helps improve operational workflows. Flexible availability may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Own and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels for Acorns and Acorns Early. Build segmented, personalized journeys in Braze, develop creative briefs, configure experiments, analyze performance, and recommend improvements. Partner with Creative, Data, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams while ensuring campaign quality, governance, and regulatory adherence. Use HTML, Liquid, and AI tools to improve personalization, QA, and workflow efficiency.

Lead product design for Acorns Early and Early Invest initiatives, guiding work from problem framing through high-fidelity design, prototyping, testing, handoff, and QA. Partner with product, engineering, and senior stakeholders to set direction, prioritize scope, and align teams. Design trusted experiences for parents and children, mentor designers, contribute to the design system, and maintain strong interaction and visual quality.
