Rotate through customer service, sales, operations, and finance to learn how to run a Car Care Center. Manage daily operations, staffing, inventory, payroll, safety, and financial performance; recruit and coach employees; resolve customer issues; and support regional leadership on HR and performance actions. Fast-track program for building leadership skills and driving shop results.

Lead project teams to audit and evaluate insurance products, underwriting practices and vendors. Analyze data, build GCP dashboards and Excel models, identify trends, recommend profitability improvements, collaborate with management and internal audit, conduct investigations, develop policies and procedures, and manage special projects including vendor trials and cost/benefit analysis.

Manage daily accounting for general ledger, cash receipts and disbursements, fixed assets, and tax compliance. Serve as Workday process owner for Expenses and Supplier Accounts; oversee payments, reconciliations, audits, year-end activities, and policy support. Lead process improvements, system enhancements, budgeting, and cross-functional projects. Supervise and develop accounting staff and enforce internal controls.
