Prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, manage payables/receivables, support budgeting and tax compliance, implement internal controls, and assist audits while providing financial insights to management.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing calendars, communications, travel, and confidential information. Prepare documents and briefing materials, coordinate meetings and events, track projects and deadlines, and support special projects to ensure smooth executive operations.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects by creating plans, coordinating teams, managing budgets and risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality documentation and on-time completion.

Provide administrative support to maintain office operations: manage schedules and communications, prepare documents and meeting materials, maintain files and inventory, coordinate travel, and assist team members with tasks and projects.

Design and build responsive front-end and back-end web applications. Create UI/UX wireframes and prototypes, implement features with modern frameworks, develop APIs and databases, ensure performance and accessibility, perform testing and code reviews, integrate third-party services, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality products.

Provide administrative support to HR by assisting with onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and payroll-related tasks, responding to routine employee inquiries, organizing trainings and events, and preserving confidentiality.

Coordinate and optimize domestic and international shipments: schedule and route carriers, track transit progress, negotiate freight rates, audit manifests, communicate between warehouses/carriers/sales, and resolve customs issues, shipping exceptions, and cargo damage claims.

Provide multi-channel customer support via chat, email, phone, and social. Troubleshoot product issues, document interactions in CRM, escalate technical bugs to product and engineering, and meet response, resolution, and CSAT metrics.

Submit electronic claims, code procedures and diagnoses (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), manage denials and appeals, generate patient invoices, and audit billing workflows to ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and HIPAA.

Manage incoming payments and post daily transactions, reconcile bank deposits with billing records, perform high-volume, accurate data entry, and investigate billing discrepancies with internal teams to maintain financial data integrity.
