Part-time Communications Coordinator responsible for producing press releases, press kits, newsletters, marketing emails, social media, and print materials. The role develops communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness, customer loyalty, and satisfaction; manages email design and production; and collaborates with marketing teams on new ideas. Required qualifications include MailChimp experience, technical editing skills, and the ability to manage time and work independently.

Leads client projects by creating plans, setting milestones, allocating resources, delegating tasks, coordinating internal teams, and managing client communications. The role leads weekly client meetings, aligns projects with executive or board goals, performs quality control, adjusts schedules, and motivates team members to meet deadlines. It also requires frequent email and project-system monitoring, strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and independent initiative.

Creates graphics, reels, and stories for client social media platforms. Responsibilities include maintaining cohesive visual feeds, establishing creative direction, managing multiple projects, meeting quality and schedule expectations, and working within design specifications and budget constraints. This is a part-time contractor role supporting nonprofit and mission-driven organizations.
