Conduct original research into active campaigns, attacker behavior, and email and identity attacks. Synthesize technical findings from diverse sources into threat briefs, analytical reports, customer briefings, webinars, and executive summaries. Present intelligence to customers and prospects, collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Detection, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, mentor analysts, and use AI tools and automation to improve research and content workflows.

Leads deal strategy and deal desk operations for complex enterprise SaaS transactions. Designs pricing, packaging, approvals, and commercial structures; validates non-standard terms; maintains Salesforce data quality; develops AI-enabled quoting and approval workflows; owns deal policies and field enablement; and builds a high-performing deal strategy team in partnership with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Systems, Product, and Order Management.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, team, and budget for marketing, sales, and customer success technology. Owns revenue analytics, executive dashboards, data governance, AI-enabled workflows, vendor management, and cross-functional alignment across the full customer lifecycle. Builds a unified GTM systems ecosystem and ensures leadership has accurate insights into pipeline, bookings, retention, and expansion.
